Lemon Pepper Wingstop Inspired Wings (Air-fried)
Enjoy crispy & juicy wings without all the hassle!

Do you know that air-fryers are actually one of the best and easiest ways to cook wings? Wings and drumettes have a lot of fats in them, so they render to the bottom upon heating! With the speed and temperature of the air circulation in the air-fryer, you get crispy wings all the time!
A few tips to make this cooking method foolproof:

Place the wings on a single layer. Do not stack them!
Use a dry rub instead of a wet batter for your wings. This helps to minimise moisture and will help your wings to crisp up.
Flip the wings at the halfway mark so both sides are cooked evenly.
